The City of Duluth celebrated the groundbreaking of Kathy Fincher’s 9/11 inspired sculpture on Monday, November 7^th on Duluth Town Green in front of a crowd of excited onlookers. The sculpture, Dream Keepers, is sponsored by the Duluth Fine Arts League and Fincher.
