Downtown Duluth will offer some new dining options pretty soon. Parsons Alley releases some of the businesses coming to downtown Duluth. The City of Duluth celebrated the groundbreaking of Kathy Fincher’s 9/11 inspired sculpture on Monday, November 7^th on Duluth Town Green in front of a crowd of excited onlookers. The sculpture, Dream Keepers, is sponsored by the Duluth Fine Arts League and Fincher.
