Jackson EMC customers should call their local office and use the Automated Outage Reporting System, or use the outage reporting form on the cooperative’s website, www.jacksonemc.com in the event of an outage.

To report trees down or if you have a specific concern please report it to the Police Department (770) 476-4151.
