Duluth is about to get even more colorful! Over the next few months, storm drains on Main Street and George Rogers Avenue will be completely reimagined into works of art that enhance public spaces and inspire the community to keep our local waterways clean and thriving. This exciting project is made possible by the Explore Gwinnett Creativity Fund and partnerships between DPAC, City of Duluth Stormwater Division, Duluth High School and Paint Love.
