Frank’s humans said he “is a 6-month-old basset hound who loves to be the center of attention and meet new people or pets. He enjoys hunting down acorns in the yard, and he’s never far when he smells food! He’s become quite a wonderful singer too, he will howl along to certain songs and loves getting his photo taken. He even has his own Instagram, @thebassethoundfrank!”
