The Honorable Mayor Nancy Harris will deliver the Annual City of Duluth’s “State of the City” Address on Monday, January 25th at Duluth City Hall. The address will take place in the Council Chambers and take the place of the regularly scheduled Council Work Session. The Address will begin at 7:00 p.m. A reception, hosted by the Duluth Civitan Club, will follow in the lobby of Duluth City Hall.
